Peas soup with chicken cream

Ingredients 

For the soup 

•150gr peas 
•1/2 chopped onion 
•1/4 chopped garlic 
•water 
•salt 
•pepper 
•spearmint 
•lemon zest 
•1 teaspoon butter 
•2 cherry tomato and olive oil for serving 

For the chicken cream 

•100gr roasted or boiled chicken(only meat not bones or fat) 
•100gr feta cheese 
•spearmint 
•pepper 
•2-3tablespoon milk or cream 
•water (if necessary) 


Preparation

Mix chicken and feta until they become creamy.
Add milk or cream to make it easier for you.
Season with pepper and spearmint and continue beating.If it's too thick add water. 
Put the cream for a while in the refrigerator to stabilize. 
Put the peas the onion and garlic in a plastic bowl microwave oven suitable and fill with water (two fingers over the ingredients).
Boil it for 7-8 minutes. 
Put the mixture in a mixer and blend it unti it becomes creamy.add salt, pepper, mint , lemon zest, lemon and butter and beat again for a while.put the soup in the refrigerator for 5-6 minutes. 
Put 3-4 tablespoons of chicken cream on a plate,add the soup, fresh olive oil, tomato and pepper.
